Autonomous Dispatch Pilot Launched

We're beginning our first closed beta for fully autonomous dispatch rule generation using LLMs. Selected fleets will be contacted this week.

VIBOR Team

Today we're opening the doors to the first closed beta of autonomous dispatch — the next step in VIBOR's mission to put a workflow execution layer on top of every fleet's existing TMS and telematics.

What we're testing

Until now, operations teams configured their own rules: which checklist runs for which customer, which photo proofs a cargo type requires, which compliance gate blocks a departure. It works, and teams love the control. The pilot asks a different question: how much of that configuration can the system propose on its own?

Using large language models grounded in each fleet's historical operations, VIBOR now drafts candidate dispatch rules — then hands them back to a human for one-click approval. Nothing goes live without a person in the loop.

Who's involved

We're starting deliberately small. A handful of selected fleets — chosen for the diversity of their operations — will be contacted this week. If you'd like to be considered for a later cohort, reach out through the pilot form.

Automation should remove the busywork, not the judgment. The operator stays in command.

We'll share what we learn as the beta progresses.
